Born on South Molton Street in Mayfair, London, in 1971, Molton Brown has long been a British institution. It all began in a hair salon opened by Caroline Burstein and Michael Collis, where the pair hand-mixed botanical hair care products and attracted an exclusive celeb clientele. In 1984, they introduced their first signature scent - the Orange Grove Bath & Body collection which is now known as Orange & Bergamot - and in the decades since, the brand has flourished into the iconic and aspirational household name that it is today.

Ever since they started out in the 70s, the brand has never tested on animals, and all their formulas are 100% vegetarian. Only 3% of their products aren’t vegan – and the brand has plans to rework these products with the aim of making their whole range entirely vegan friendly this year.
